Like I said Im sure there are guys in the locker room who didnt want to participate in the dedication show. Most of the vets said something though, I bet HHH was talking about Randy Orton being the dude who dissed shawn and Benoit made him do 1000 squats. I didnt catch the whole show who didnt say anything out of the guys who matter? I dont remember seeing the Undertaker or batista saying anything

They reallly had nothing else to do.. They couldn't go on with the show. They've got heat for that in the past and since the whole show was focused on Vince's "death", they didn't want to focus on that.
So, they couldn't just give USA network three dead hours, so they had to do a tribute type show.

I had a convo with my cj teacher about this, and I got 2 out of 3 right. I called strangulatiuon/asphyxiation on the wife and said the son was smothered. I was wrong on the hanging, I thought he took some pills and went out like that. Each person seems to be found in their favorite room or room they most likely frequented the most. How the wife was strangled should shed some type of light on what the fuck was going on at the time (crime of passion, deep rooted anger/resentment towards her, etc), but the sons death seems like a mercy killing.
But the show must go on, and Benoit is a selfish bastard. I feel sorry that humans have to go to such lengths and experience so much pain, but why try to out do Mr. McMahon and one of the greatest storylines in wrestling history? The McMahon storyline was like the "who shot J.R." episode from a famous early 80's tv show, but benoit had to go fuck it up.

ATLANTA (AP-Staff) - Pro wrestler Chris Benoit strangled his wife and smothered his son before hanging himself in his weight room, a law enforcement official close to the investigation told The Associated Press Tuesday.
The official spoke on the condition of anonymity.
Authorities also said they are investigating whether steroids may have been a factor in the deaths of Benoit, his wife, Nancy, and their 7-year-old son, Daniel, who were found dead in an apparent murder-suicide.
Fayette County District Attorney Scott Ballard said test results may not be back for weeks or even months.
Autopsies were scheduled Tuesday by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation in DeKalb County

The Atlanta-Journal Constitution, while updating their coverage of the Benoit family tragedy, reported that Nancy Benoit filed for divorce and an order of protection in May 2003.
In the divorce petition, Nancy Benoit alleged that Chris Benoit, "lost his temper and threatened to strike the petitioner and cause extensive damage to the home and personal belongings of the parties, including furniture and furnishings. Petitioner is in reasonable fear for petitioner's own safety and that of the minor child."
A judge issued a restraining order against Benoit and barred him from entering the family home. Nancy Benoit asked the court to dismiss the petition in August of that year. The couple later reconciled, celebrating together in the ring following Benoit's WWE World championship win at Wrestlemania XX.
Autopsies in the deaths of The Benoits and their seven year old son Daniel are scheduled for today in Decatur, Georgia.
A possible reason for Benoit killing his family

PWTorch.com has learned that one major media entity has received an email purporting to be from a friend of the Chris Benoit extended family saying that Benoit accidentally killed his wife in a domestic argument, then panicked and killed his son later so his son could be with his mother rather than grow up without a mom and knowing his father as a murderer.
