The more I think about it, the more this really pisses me off. That apartment complex is geared towards low income mothers to have a decent, affordable place to raise their babies. My 9 year old stepson lives in that complex. There are children outside playing all day every day. This is the second murder this year in that complex. Not only are these knuckleheads putting these babies in danger, they are setting a fucked up example.

People need to snap the fuck out of it.
