if you sign into a bad contract thats on you for not going and getting an attorney to explain the terms or even someone with knowledge....

what probably happened was...ced gave lynch a contract that put some dollars in lynch's pocket immediately and then a few more per cd sold, who knows maybe he even helped with living expenses, car...never know if ced didnt do or not do anything not part of the contract...but he did with doc, and X....but what happened was lynch started seeing his name get bigger and bigger and he felt he should be getting more than what he signed into for so he bailed on his conract...and ced had every right to make "fake lynch" albums using whatever he had left from lynchs studio time...those albums made ced money and not lynch because lynch broke terms...but the albums were selling so now lynch accuses ced of stealing material...it was business, by making those albums it actually fulfilled lynchs contract and released him from BMR....didnt lynch win the rights to all of his music in court? if he was smart he would re-release those classics with maybe some bonus disc or dvd where lynch sits down and talks about everything that was going on when he made them...like how doc did on "documentary"....and really without strange music backing him would we even have DAAM and CHS now? would DAAM still be coming soon? strange brought lynch back to life not lynch...and i wonder if he will stay on strange after "manniblector"....i mean its pretty fucked up that he chose to do his "razor blades and alcohol tour" over a nationwide sell out tour with strange...all comes back to his ego...on strange he's an artist underneath tech...on made sicc he is the boss...

Yeah. I don't know shit about recording/beat-making equipment, but it seem like everything sounds so fuckin cheap and generic now, like a god damn Casio keyboard. I hate that shit.
