you are correct but at the same time i think Brock can take so much punishment it will be hard to stop him. Brock gets it done some way in every fight.
Carwin didn't seem to land clean shots though.

That uppercut that started the flurry didn't seem like it landed all that great.

Easy for me to say, he wasn't hitting me in the face.

Brock ran and turtled up like a bitch though :lick:

fuck ya breh, fights should always be stopped when guys are landing shots on gloves, don't want guys to get swollen hands.
The blind hatred some have for Brock is hilarious. If it would have been the other way around, Brock pummeling Carwin and IT DID get stopped you would read nothing but how it shouldn't have been stopped. Regardless Brock was impressive tonight. Carwin has way more BJJ experience and Brock weathered the storm and pulled of a nice sub.

Brock will beat Cain, come on now...UFC is gonna be reeling in wayy more money than they could of if Carwin won....I say Brock goes on at least a 10 winning streak before losing against a no name-unpopular opponent no one will bet on

lesnar needs to tighten up his boxing. if not, SOMEONE WILL beat him. all his fights he gets hit, but no one has the power to knocc his meat head ass out, CEPT CARWIN. like mr peete said tho, he didn't get a clean shot on him. i don't think carwin shoulda g n p'd him tho. i think he shoulda had lesnar stand bacc up and boxed his way to a win. lesnar BEEN showed his weakness in his standup. it's jus a matter of time. cain? fold.

You think so? I don't know about that...Cain has great stand up game, specially with those hands!

Didn't see that one coming, but I did know eventually Carwin would end up on his back, and that would be his demise. Props to ref Josh Rosenthal for letting it continue, not a lot of those shots were landing very clean.

I think Carwin may have punched himself out in trying to finish. He did show some good takedown defense in the 1st.

Lytle's sub was pretty sick too. Good night of fights. Its funny how the cards I expect the least from, end up being the dopest.

Cain vs Lesnar is gonna be good.

As evidenced by the entire first round, making Brock fight Carwin was feeding him to the wolves. He did exactly what everyone expected him to do if he got off right. Brock survived because he's a hog. He passed the test.

Lol @ motherfuckers feeling obligated to debate everytime someone posts something. I give a fuck about changing your opinion and my opinion is the shit so there it is.

The anticipation of this heavyweight fight exceeded all my expectations. Rooting for Carwin I was worried he would gas out after those furious hammerfists that werent connecting. Lesner impressed me with how calm he weathered that storm and was able to get back up and continued with his gameplan. Id like to see a rematch sometime in the spring of 2011 after they both get in a fight or two....

i dont see the 240-250 lb Cain being able to stop the takedowns of brock. hes going to outmuscle him pretty easily i think. and Cains chin is nothing spectacular.

i honestly dont know why cain is so highly talked about. his win over nog was impressive but to me his has fought no one else that good.
