First I have to say WOW!!!!! I fuckin love boxing!!!!! Gamboa will lose once he fights someone good. Dawson is done deal. Would love to see Bernard vs the Pimp! Lara even with those 2 knockdowns was still winning the fight in my eyes by a point but it wouldve came down to the wire but he stopped Angulo with a viscious punch to the eye. Lara is a sav and took on a much bigger fighter thus why he finally got knocked down. Maidana/Matthysee must be made!!!!!! Garcia dont wanna see either of them lol. Boxing is the shit!!! Got Em!!

Gamboa is so disapointing and frustrating to watch now. See his fights from 2-3 years ago and he was so explosive and threw great combos mixing it up to the head and body.He was a beast and had some very impressive wins. Last night he threw one or two punches at a time and didn't have that explosive style. I don't know if it's because of his inactivity or just something changed in him mentally. Whatever it is he's not looking like the same fighter at all. Such a shame because he was awesome to watch.

At 135 he's too short and has really short arms so that pot shotting shit isn't going to work well against bigger guys. He either needs to bemore aaggressive or drop back down to 126-130 and fight guys his own size.

Maidana is a beastly. Would love to see him fight Berto. I could tell when his leg was bothering him, that's why he looked like he was losing steam, and Lopez was able to land some shots. After the fight he said he got hit on the hip and his leg went numb.

Something is missing from Lara. I was glad he won. I don't think Angulo has much of a future at the elite level, but I'm definitely not sold on Lara either. Cuban kingdom still belongs to Rigondeaux.

Feel bad for Dawson.

What's missing from Lara is a lack of an inside game. That's his biggest flaw and why he struggled with pressure fighters like Angulo and Molina. Otherwise he's got excellent skills.

Word is Maidana will fight the Broner/Paulie winner.

And I guess Richard Schaefer is saying he's going to make Victor Ortiz vs Shane Mosley.

I think Maidana is a bit small for 147 tbh but a Broner fight would be dope. Ortiz vs Shane lol fuck that fight. I was hoping for Ortiz vs Guerrero.

Funny enough I agree with u about Ortiz but at the same time I think a tune up fight would be good for him. After all that he has been through this past year or 2, maybe fighting Guerrero off top isnt the smart thing to do. I would say let him smash Mosley and then setup a good fight for him like a Guerrero or maybe even a rematch with Josesito. Got Em!!

I think everyone I know hates Ortiz but everyone doesn't mind watching him fight. He's reckless as hell and if he gets knocked out, that's good too. Kind of a weird fighter in that regard. I'm fine with Mosley/Ortiz actually. If Mosley wins, get him another fight I guess. If he can't even beat Ortiz, then never put him on a card again. As long as it's like the opening fight of a tripleheader or something, it could be worse.

I'd like to see Guerrero vs. Josesito actually. I feel bad for that dude. Honest fighter, fights his freakin heart out and is always going to be matched tough as hell. He's never gonna get a pass it seems like.

Thats so tru. Im a huge Mayweather fan so u would think I would hate him severely but for some reason I kinda like him or maybe I feel bad for him lol. I was pulling for him when he fought Josesito and he is very entertaining to watch so maybe thats it. As for Lopez, dude has all the heart but just isnt an elite fighter. Its funny because a couple years back he fought Mayweather protege Vargas and he lost a close decision to Vargas. It looked like Vargas was on his way to see some nice fights but somehow Lopez landed the Ortiz fight. Then when he shocked us by breaking Ortiz's jaw it was great for Lopez but at the same time really bad for him. It put him in positions he just wasnt ready for or even good enough for. Fighting a huge and overly matched opponent in Canelo, and then a brutal Maidana slugger. No way should he have been in these fights. So while he stepped into the spotlight, he took some devasting losses and Im not sure how he will recover. Well see. Got Em!!

Yeah, his advantage was being huge for the 140 division. He was getting taxed by Ortiz but hanging in there at 147 but didn't belong and got the shot against Canelo and had ZERO business being there. That was hard to watch and I think everyone knew that was gonna happen. He fought well last night but it's not like Maidana is a world beater at 147. Beating Ortiz was probably as good as it gets for him.

It's kinda like Khan in a sense. He's an annoying twat but u can't miss his fights, never know if he's going to get KTFO or what.

Kermit Cintron was another guy that for a good stretch of time was always entertaining, whether it was literally crying after a whooping from Margarito, leap frogging out the ring against Williams, or the phantom headbutt against Sergio, it was always unpredictable fun.

one of my favorite moments in recent history, Cintron said "OW" when he thought he got headbutted lol not sure why but that's hilarious to me. You never hear a fighter say that in the ring for any reason

I'd like to see Maidana vs. Matthysee at a catch weight just for fun......145 or something...

I don't mind watching Ortiz cause he has real knockout power. Just not in big fights because he usually doesn't something really stupid.....like quit.
