Who cares who u call hypocrites and what u try to blast. We all have our opinions and yours arent better than mine. Lara needs a bigger fan base to help sell over a mill buys in fighting Floyd. They criticized Floyd/Guerrero because it barely hit a mill. Floyd isnt taking any chances with a cuban fighter that is relatively unknown. He has a number he needs to hit. GGG has some nerve if he thinks Lara should get a fan base. GGG needs to get a fan base himself lol. That right there shows he is ducking Lara. He is in no position to tell another fighter they need a bigger fan base. Who the heck is he anyway? lol. Just saying. Got Em!!

alright, I'll finally settle this. I ducked Kovalev even though HBO could've made the deal. I also have no fans but present a bigger challenge to Floyd than Maidana. I am also willing to move down from 160 to fight Floyd, but he's ducking me, so I have to move up to fight Chavez.

Mayfield’s Manager Arrested in Alleged Murder Plot

Marlon Sullivan, manager of junior welterweight contender Karim Mayfield, is not in Atlantic City to see Mayfield face Thomas Dulorme this weekend. That’s because Sullivan was arrested in California as one of 26 people facing federal charges, according to the San Francisco Weekly.

“Sullivan is accused of involvement in a murder-for-hire conspiracy; gun trafficking; a drug-trafficking conspiracy; and the sale of fraudulent credit cards,” the newspaper reported.

The 29-year-old is allegedly part of a larger case that also brought about the arrest of a well-known California state senator.

Mayfield, reached on Wednesday by the newspaper, had this reaction: “Oh, what the hell? He was supposed to be meeting me out here today.”

Mayfield later the Weekly that Sullivan wasn’t officially his manager but was about to become so.

The Behind the Gloves boxing website spoke with Mayfield for clarification: “Though Mayfield told another outlet that there was no official paperwork tying the two to each other, Mayfield agreed that Sullivan played a large part in his recent success and was who his promoter Top Rank dealt with when arranging fights.”
