i've already expressed my opinion on this topic earlier in the thread. but im laughing as I read this cuz I know for damn sure 90% of the people in here talking bout "I'ma buy this" and "support the artist" are straight bullshittin. it's easy to come on here and like ur Mitchy's #1 fan, it's another thing to go out and actually support him and other artists and buy cd after cd that drops. not only can that get expensive, but majority of the shit lately is wack and a waste of money. and I dont know anybody that's bought a terrible cd and been ok with it simply because they are "helping support the artist". when I buy garbage Im pissed.

I'm hope im wrong....and I hope this cd is dope as fuck. still hasnt made it my way.

That's what I'm saying.... I do try harder to actually purchase CDs from local artists but at the same time I can't just be spending money on anything to help support somebody else. Dudes who sell bootlegs of local CDs do/should run the risk of getting beat, though....

i think I might be the only one who actually supports the local artists in the 831. there's really only 1 or 2 stores in Salinas area that carry local artists. and I try and buy a copy whenever I see sumthin new out. The way I look at it, if we aint even gonna support our local talent, then nobody will. sad thing is tho, every time I do it, I end up pissed at myself for throwing away money. with the exception of my homie Fury who's album was fuckin dope, YunGun who's latest album was also dope, and a few others I cant remember, there havent been too many cd's I've liked from homies around here. that's just keeping it real.

I just came from FamBam and got the cd, It's worth the cash,I played it thru a couple times and a lot of that shit grows on ya, Imma leave it in the deck for awhile most def.

today i bought messy marv at kali Konnect on 43rd street and i also bought michty slick's triggration station there i been all over dago lookin for that triggeration station shit. thats messy marv is the shit on some gangsta shit 1 of the best cd to come out in 07 period. i thought that cd was out till the 26 of june and they had it at Kali Konnect. that shit is bangin go chop it.

Cutty if you are buying a CD in the 831 and it doesn't have A-Steez name on it, you are wasting your money point blank... I don't buy bootlegs becuase them shits just lack in quality, I don't download because I have too much important sh*t on my computer to keep getting viruses, plus I could never get a whole album anyway... I done wasted enough money buying sh*t from the homies in front of the malls and sh*t, and there is so much garbage in the stores I be damn if I waste my money on the newest niggaz CD, with all that random sh*t being said I believe tight niggaz should only fuck with tight projects... Slanging verses is good for the pockets but not the fans... If you want the fans to buy and not bootleg your sh*t you can only put out tight sh*t.... I have an idea use some of your promotional money and put 20 to 100 bucks in a selected few of yoru CDS and see what your album sales do... Theses days sellign music is liek sellign cereal, you have to put something in the box, if you want the kids to buy it...
