so...let me get this straight, you're basing their whole new album off of a few leaked tracks? That is pretty dumb. The album hasn't even been released and you say you're 95% sure that its all hype and wont live up to whats being thrown around? That is also dumb, no that's retarded. For all we know, the album is going to be the best shit to come out in years. I just don't see how anyone can talk shit when the album isn't even out yet.
wrong. im basing my opinion on what i have heard over the past years whether it be bizzy, wish, kray, and lay and i cant speak on flesh cause of him locked up. bizzy has been off some bullshit over the years, he continues to progress to the guy that needs to take a seat and shut the fuck up his voice isnt harmonious anymore and its fuckin annoying, plus he pulled some weak shit with the group and went solo no problem with that but he fell off hard when he started trippin. wish is wish nothing special he comes correct on occasion but thats far and between i dont think wish has come correct on every track since e1999 eternal. again, he does have his moments but jesus christ dude rather sing flow repeat words than rap like he used to. layzie has proved time and time again he cannot carry a solo album. he is boring and the soft voice shit he uses now is gay, if he spit like he did on creepin or e1999 with that pissed, loud and hungry he might improve. krayzie is krayzie and always will be the strongest bone he carries the rest especially on strength & loyalty. he has been the most consistent with lyrical content and delivery i cant hate on him much except for he recycle verses but they all have. flesh is still on that whisper voice garbage since his first album its old. i base my opinion on the new album based on the recent flows and beats ive heard them on. it can be different however i think they will be trying to hard to recreate a classic or an expectation that most expect out of the 5 being together. uni5 will be a decent album at best. the tracks ive heard thus far from them as a group have been nothing short of mediocre with very little to no replay value, but these are throw away tracks and wont be on the album these could have been warm ups for getting them back in the mix with each other. the fact is they will never recreate the magic they once had. i am a huge bone fan and have supported them from day 1 but these days with the lack off quality they produce. they failed miserably on strength & loyalty it was so hyped up as being something it couldnt even compete with. but yeah im 95% sure its gonna be over hyped and turn into nothing less than another T.W.O. and if im wrong well hey we all have a great album to listen to for years to come

Yeah, that "I Tried" movie was okay. I actually sat in the bar at my resort down in Jamaica and watched the whole damn thing on BET.

With that said, I have to say that I do not have any expectations for this Uni5 album. I am not hyping it up. I just can't wait for it to come out. I can care less if Bone Thugs' albums after Ressurection weren't as good as their previous albums. I am just glad Bone Thugs-N-Harmony is finally making an album with all five members, and with some more DJ U-Neek shit. That is better than alot of other shit being released. I also read somewhere that Dr. Dre might even have a track on there. One can only hope.

Who cares what the expectations are on this album? It's a new Bone Thugs album with all members and the same producer that put them on the map(alongside with Eazy-E of course). This album definitly got to be better than the new booties coming out nowdays. If it isn't tight, than I'll just have to listen to their old shit still. But I am still looking forward to this new album. I'm glad the leaked tracks aren't that tight. Hopefully they're saving the BEST for when the album comes out.

my expectations are low, i dont really care much for the bullshit they put out these past years. releasing shitty albums for a decade tells me thye cant pull it together and come strong. the tracks that were released were pure garbage and bone probably thought they were great. they're longevity in the game has only come from releasing albums every 2-3 years which is ridiculous when you see someone like tech n9ne tour everywhere, release an album, tour for that album, and release another album and he is consistent with his style/flow plus i already know he will outshine bone on they're own shit, but anyways back on track.....UNEEK is a good producer and it would be nice to see what he can bring, but remember UNEEK aint shit without Tony C or Kenny McCloud they were his ghosts. i just think they are trying to hard to rekindle certain elements of what has been gone for along time now. bone aint the same when they first dropped and i can respect that as people we grow and evolve, but bone really needs to stop saying shit like " were gonna drop another e1999 eternal, its straight fire" they said that shit constantly with strength & loyalty and that album had some decent tracks but damn it didnt feel like a bone thugs album how it seemed thrown together, thats another thing that they lack are good flowing track orders e1999 eternal was flawless in every way and will always be bones best work to bad it happened so quick in they're career.

Im not sure how much(i would imagine less then $60,000 bc the crisis rap music is in and that label being indy) but yeah they do pay they artists up front or do the half in advance and other half when done deal.
it think 60 g's is waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy too much...ive been apart of a few chats with frank nitty, the dude who does all these hook ups, and he says he was doin these for "dirt cheap"..
