I guess im not understanding why i would take the NUMBER OF MURDERS and times it by 2???1,092 is the actual NUMBER of murders in the year of 92...not the RATE...and is that the number of GANG RELATED homicides???Or just the number of homicides in LOS ANGELES??Cus if it is...then the amount of GANG RELATED murders is even LESS than 1,092...

I MEANT TIMES IT BY 2 COUSE WE BEEN IRAQ FOR 2 YEARS.SO IF U ADD 92'S MURDERS 2 TIMES,U GET MORE IN THAT PERIOD THEN IN THE 2 YEARS WE BEEN IN IRAQ.YA,NOT ALL WERE GANG RELATED,IM NOT SURE THE AMOUNT...MY POINT WASNT ABOUT #'s.I WAS TRYING MAKE THAT DUDE UNDERSTAND WHY THERE WAS A PEACE TREATY...THE 1 THAT THOUGHT CRIPS AND BLOODS WERE PUSSIES FOR STARTING A TREATY.
