I currently have a non-paying bidders notice, because this guy thinks that he can create his own shipping costs. We've been very nice to him, yet it seems as if he has a personal agenda against me, because no matter how nice and patient I am with him, he continues to be an asshole.
As you guys know, I do block entire countries (U.K., Italy, Russia & Australia so far) from buying from me and it seems as if Germany is about to lose their buying privileges due to guys like this. I know...I know...I know. I know that the vast majority of you guys are good people, but it's impossible to know who these users are and who's their friends. Therefore I would have to block the whole country. It been getting old and all money isn't good money. If this guy fails to pay, attempts to commit feedback extortion or any other crap that people try to do; I will have to block Germany. Like I said...I'm sorry, but I don't know who's who when dealing with people on eBay.
I would hope that you guys in Germany get hold of this guy and talk some since into him, since he believes that he is exempt from the same rules that everybody else normally abides to. I mean, hey...I buy from people and I have to abide to their rules. I abide to them even when I don't like the rule. If I don't like the rules, I don't have to buy. If I do buy...then it is what it is. Like I said, if you know this "dtx30" person let him know how he's about to fuck it up for everybody.

This guy won an auction from me that was for a wholesale lot of cd's that did not have the cd's inside. I specifically stated in the auction listing that what was for sale was for only the jewel cases. Turns out they did not read the description of course and they blamed me. Since they were not happy with their purchase I told them to send them back for a full refund. Instead they posted negative feedback to my account. I was willing to work with them before, but obviously no more.

Most of these guys don't even use their brains, before they do what they do. Then they always end up regretting it later. By then...it's too late. Your name doesn't come off once you're on my blocked list.

He asked me to do a deal and sell him my entire lot in February, I shipped it FedEx and he got it, sent and email saying it was all good but he just did a charge back for the sale on his credit card and has my paypal account locked up.
