They're not sportin the blue pano to prove themselves
as scraps, but just cause it's their color. I'm sure the majority
don't walk around with it showing in their back pockets like Nortenos up here fly the red pano.

I admit that I have seen the pano in the back pocket once or twice but yeah it's just their supposed color and it is RARE to see anyone don one.
