More like, +$13.

I've bought every Tech release for a while...AngHELLic (not OG), Absolute Power, Vintage Tech, Everready, MLK, Killer and I even bought Vitiligo. I'm not gonna waste money on a CD I don't like. I downloaded Sickology 101, listened to it twice and haven't listened since. Money is too tight for me to waste on music I'm not feelin'. If I'm not feelin' KOD, I'm not gonna buy it either.

I admitt Sickology would of been a savings of $13 for me but Genius was a masterpiece in every single aspect I did not mind spending my money on that album

Yea this year for Strange is alright this year, Genius was sick but there has been some really good shit this year. Right now Im blown away by Kid Cudi's new album, just outta this world!!
I agree. That Cudi was surprisingly good. I haven't heard the Scoob yet. As soon as I do, I'll post a review, so far from reading some of the reviews posted it's an average "3 mics" release. I honestly didn't expect a masterpiece from Scoob, so I'm not surprised.

Does anyone know when Prozak is supposed to drop?

good; because a scoob masterpiece won't ever happen, ever lol :cheeky:
I was going to quote your original quote of it being "mediocre." That's how I originally felt about the project. I don't mean to have pre-conceived notions about it, I just knew it wouldn't be a runaway sensational hit.

Anyway, I think Scoob is in a good position to make better music.

Hopefully, his next release is better.

Finished hearing it twice and have to give it a big ol 6/10. Not hatin, really wanted the album to be good, but I dont like it at all. Except for the few stand out tracks (Don't Get Stomped, Doe Doe Doe, Salue) I was kinda bored a lot (8 Ball and MJG feature gone to waste) and was just dissapointed all around. Intro and Outro was wack, and Scoob is rather repetative ( whats up with him and dookie brown?). I'm a big fan of Gangsta rap, and Scoob kinda reminded me of Westside Connection but sounded nothin like gangsta rap, which woulda been cool for strange to have. Not very versatile at all and doesnt deserve nationwide distribution, it's too KC, too single minded, 1 syle. I didnt wanna pre order it till I heard it, and now I know I won't. Sorry Scoob, not my $15 in this recession, maybe next time when I gotta job and you got better.

Maybe I'll go back and listen to Genius again all the way through.

that whole cd slap tho...if u got subs in ur car u can play the cd front to back n it knocks
If I wanted music that knocks, I'd pop in Three 6 or Lil Jon. I don't listen to Tech for music that slaps...I listen for his lyrical content, and Sickology was weak as fuck. There were only two or three songs I liked at all.

im guessing ur more of a metal head/juggalo/non rap fan?

i think i like sickology so much cuz its more hip hop than a lot of techs shit..with the exception of the 2 rock songs, which are dope too
