Your crazy.Listen to Mousies album LIFESTYLES OF THE BROKE AND SCANDOLOUS, Never LIFE OF CRIME, Darkroom Familia VETERANOS, PENENTIARY CHANCES, Drew aka Tokztero NORTECALIFAHOLIC and all those rappers right there run circles around most of the rappers mentioned.
Only good rappers from down south are Knightowl and Mr. Shadow. The rest of them are jokes. Instead of getting producers they just rap over instrumentals.
For example Payaso and the Dukes Click. I was listening to a sample, and he just rapped over RBL Posses BLUE BIRD and called it "JURA ON MY SHOULDER." You got Mister D rapping over Celly Cels ITS GOING DOWN TONITE, Mister One rapping over Ice Cubes IT WAS A GOOD DAY, and Too $horts JUST ANOTHER DAY. Lil Menace rapped over instrumentals DPGs LETS PLAY HOUSE, and The Luniz I GOT 5 ON IT. Mothafuckas dont even sample shit, just get instrumentals and make mix tapes and call it an album.
