Im not sur or norte but on tha real... ive heard alot of rappers from both sides & i gotta say north cali has alot of rappers that are truly lyrical & are tha definitions of an mc... as for sur i havent heard shit that caught my attention only mr.shadow...now that fool aint bullshitting when it comes to rapping...hes tha only good one ive ever heard....

the only "chicano" rapper that comes to mind, and i havent seen but fuck if i care what yall think is....#1. SPM. But on the real, best Latin rapper of all time, and in my personal(and know many others think so too)top 5.Big Pun was a lyrical genius. Period. Top 5, right behind Biggie, Big L and Pac.
