same here. I'll be going for Cintron and hope he wins, but I think he's going to get his ass kicked and probably will start crying again. He's been semi-obsessed with margarito since the loss, so another loss would be absolutely devastating to his ego....we'll probably witness some funny/crazy shit. haha

I got Woods beating Tarver and Glen Johnson pulling off the upset of the night and RIP Alfonso Gomez .

Gomez in a upset!!!
Hmm, yeah Imma have to disagree. If Shane Mosley, Zab Judah, Quintana, Urkal, Malignaggi, Torres, et al couldn't do it, I seriously doubt Gomez could.

There's nothing really special about Gomez - he's not particularly skilled in any area (not a great boxer, not very quick, doesn't have great defense, not that powerful) and his style of fighting seems perfect for Cotto. The one thing Gomez has is heart though, I'll give him that, he's a warrior, but like I said in a different thread, sometimes heart can get you killed.

I think Gomez does have what it takes to make the fight competitive and entertaining for a while though and he'll probably earn the respect of many, but he cant survive for 12 rounds....not against Cotto, no way.

And I suppose you were most likely joking anyways, but I know theres a couple believers out there

I was joking, but I'm rooting for Gomez, I just hope he shows heart and makes it interesting.

Did those $250 do something to you that you want to get rid of them so bad? There is nothing I've seen in Gomez that would make me want to put down any kind of money on him. Don't let a good performance over an old beat up Arturo Gatti fool you.

a 2-0 who do u like out the 4 fights
HBO) Miguel Cotto (31-0) vs. Alfonso Gomez (18-3-2)
(HBO) Kermit Cintron (29-1) vs. Antonio Margarito (35-5)
(Showtime) Chad Dawson (25-0) vs. Glen Johnson (47-11-2)
(Showtime) Clinton Woods (41-3-1) vs. Antonio Tarver (26-4)

The Bold is who I like and who I'm going for. But I think Margarito will win though, and logically thinking Dawson should win too, but I kinda have a feeling Johnson will come through with the upset.

Great night of fights. I'm going with Cotto, but I think it might be closer than expected, Margarito (if he can keep his punch volume high), Dawson, and C-Woods !

Probably the best night in boxing of the year tho !

shit naner I'm going to play the odds, I know the odds are going to be onesided for this fight so why not take a gamble
