A TV Music channel would probably be more cost effective if you could find people to work for free of course.....If you lease a digital sub-channel from a major broadcaster in the area the annual investment could be less than 100K (including professional broadcast equipment)......If you really tried it could easily be less than that.....

good luck sounds dope.
was out in ny last week and is amazing how dope hot97 is compared to the clear chanel counterpart in the market or anywhere.

Bacc n the day when I went to the bay I wouldn't even bump my CDs! I would just let the radio play....sounds like I can play the radio in the bay again!!
