Its not like he was caught, went straight to his bail hearing and got released...lol he was inside 4 a year and a half before he even went to bail court. and a judge can grant u bail if he/she feels like it, and u are inclined to get bail if u put cases over and rub dead time (which counts for more), THEN go for ur bail hearing after youve got time under ur belt.
