The paperwork doesnt actually say "so and so isnt a snitch" Dumby. but there is papers involved in every case, its not gonna say he ISNT a snitch, but its gonna explain the outcome of the case, he was tried and convicted of so and so, if he was part of the case HE HAS PAPERWORK .

lets make this easier for u since u donbt know shit, and u can solve all this for everyone, go ask hus for his papers. he has some whether he is a rat or not. and his paperwork will say everything.
