Anyone know how to remove a shower head?

It's easy to do, this one is just stuck. It ain't worth calling a plumber to put in a $10 shower head anyway.

You need to get a wrench on it. Most of the time shower heads will have plumbers tape wrapped around the threads. WD40 and shit wont help it.

From cars to shower heads hahaha anything will work really if you try it with force. But if it's stubborn and won't budge call the plumber
