Tap the Sun or Moon (depends on time of day) and it will bring up the forecast, then menu>configure and you will see the settings. I use Geolocation and have it refresh every 15 min. Also check to see if the Celsius Temp is checked.

4sided are you talking about root manager or ROM Manager? I have ROM manager, but haven't heard of root.

Rootmanager, its in the market you can remove stock apps, reboot, reboot In recovery with a touch of a single widget. A lot of other things as well.
