I will but I havent even booted it yet, I just got all the errors out of the log cat for it to even boot
give me till tomorrow after noon and Ill have it up and running.. but dont you have a droid? this ROM will be for the Hero

You need your phone to be rooted, I typed out the instructions about 10 pages back you can find them on here
Basically you can alter the CPU to make the phone run snappier, remove stock applications like Sprint T.V, you can install customized roms as well as put shit like Windows mobile on your hero(I dont know why the hell you would do that but you can)
root is a must with an android phone imo
and Fillya, you can just delete the messages cant you?

nah, i'm sayonmg when i send a tecxt after she reads it it automaticlaly deletes it self. i guess iphonepod got an app for that..like remote delete or something

Just got it done, its nothing but modifications and patches to the current 2.1 damageless ROM out there
heres what I put in XDA along with the link.
This is based off of damages DamageControl v2.0r2 Rom Seems to be the most functional 2.1rom, thanks alot damage

Tweaks:
-Memkiller tweaked:
cat /sys/module/lowmemorykiller/parameters/minfree - 1536,3072,4096,21000,23000,25000
-Working Apps2sd
-Wifi works
-Espresso look
-Superuser permissions fixed
-Nexus boot
-cleared lockscreen
-status bar mods
-black dialer

Few apps removed amazonmp3, htcfootprints & stocks

If you dont see all widgets clear data for htc sense under manage applications

I didn't wipe coming from a legend rom but YMMV. You could need to wipe everything in Recovery menu, data, dalvik & ext. Nandroid first.

^LMAO, first I hear about this type of app. Doesn't look like Android has one out....yet. BTW this app only works if both people have iPhones.

damn, that was for Fillya and his Tiger App

Yup yup, 2 exist actually, made by MarcusMaximus from XDA, used both on my G1 and they worked great but became obsolete after gparted and automatic apps2sd were thrown into Cyanongen and Amon RA's recoveries and almost all ports. I'm just used to seeing it standard in G1 ports since it's one of the original reasons people rooted a few years ago due to the G1's low memory.

Right, but with the Droid there is pretty much no reason for Apps2SD but I am more than sure there is a script and an update you can push to your sys folder and enable a2sd
