DROID does… stop bullets; HTC DROID Incredible saves man’s life [video]

An Associate Press video posted on YouTube demonstrates another reason why HTC’s DROID Incredible is, well… incredible. John Garber was exiting Club Halo in Atlanta, were he works as a valet, when he suddenly became caught in a hail of gunfire. Two patrons who had been thrown out of the establishment got into an argument outside the club that ultimately lead to a short shoot-out. Mr. Garber was struck in the chest by a bullet, which penetrated his coat and was ultimately stopped by the battery of his HTC DROID Incredible. DLNA doesn't mirror your display, only access your content. Not even close to being the same.

They both have their trade offs. The Atrix has more RAM and then the Bionic has a bigger display and a better camera @ 8mp. Both processors are the same dual core tegra 2's.

1GB OF RAM ON THE BIONIC WOULD OF BEEN PRETTY SWEET THOUGH. ATRIX ALSO HAS THE WEBTOP APPLICATION AND LAPTOP DOCK, FINGERPRINT READER. ALL OF WHICH ARENT THAT IMPORTANT TO ME ON A PHONE, BUT IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE THOSE CAPABILITIES IF I EVER WANTED TO USE THEM.

So this is the next version of Android. I can't wait this is going to kill the game. I have gingerbread on my phone now and its pretty cool but honeycomb is really going to just bring up another notch.

3.0 will only be on the tablets

I'm so sick of these verizon iphone rumors. I get asked about the iphone our told by someone that someone that works for (insert company here) have the inside scoop like give times a day. All the android devices that were showcased at CES shit on that phone.

So I finally upgraded my old piece of shit phone and got myself a droid x. I'm not very savy with my phone and was wondering how do you install all these apps yall got on here? Just download em straight up? Or does the phone have to be rooted.
