been had an EVO for a couple of months but haven't messed around with it much....


Good lookin out to everybody contributin in this thread...esepcially Likwid hookin up the apps...

haven't rooted it yet...might do it this weekend if I get some time.

Can you post your kernel?
I guess improved battery life would be the most important thing...

Is t-mobile pretty good about allowing you to trade your phone for a different one if you complain enough? This mytouch slide its probably the worst phone I have had in a couple years. My data connection will stop if I download anything to big or watch a 30 second or more video and I have to reset the fucking mobile data connection. Its about to get thrown at the wall.

I just copped my Droid2 like 2 weeks ago. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to make this phone a little doper? I been thinking bout rooting it but don't wanna fuck it up or ruin my warranty? Any advice helps, thanks droidgoons....

actually put it in recovery mode to flash new firmware. suppose to hold 2 buttons while turning it on but it just boots up like normal. i did some research and found its a pretty common problem with this phone. like i said samsung have released a fix for it but i couldnt get it to work. ill have to try again when i have more patience with it.
