There was this gay ass kid that kept grinding his chick on the floor next to me. I had to shove that dude several times hahahah I had to watch myself so I wouldn't get in trouble. Last thinkg I needed was to get arrested for socking a 17 year old or so...hahahahha It was comedy!!!

Yea he was throwin them out to the crowd. i almost caught one. I didnt actually see the cd cover but im sure its what your talkin bout. And i think he did the same songs both shows because when i was standing in line outside i could hear the basslines of the songs so i could tell what songs he was playing in the end of the first one and he did the same ones toward the end of the second show, maybe not the same order. Im sure he'll be back in dago tho cuz it looked like he was really feelin the crowd. Came back out twice for a couple of encores and had the crowd goin nuts at the end of the set and just kind of stood on stage in awe almost at the ovation
Was well worth it! Yes it was unorganized and all, but Nicky rips it big time. In my opinion, he is the best rapper in concert that I have ever seen. He is a true MC in my opinion and any show you can go to, you need to go check him out. I would pay a lot of money to see him perform...he deserves every bit of it in my opinion...

^^It's not as easy as you think. We had him play there for a reason...its hard to get a venue where he can have an all ages show. Canes won't do that, same with Belly up and most others. If you have any other recommendations, let me know. That was our biggest problem in regards to where to have him play.

I actually turned 32 the night of the show..was wearing a "The Bay" hat, i feel you on the youngsters, i was right by where u say u were standing, but I was at the later show...maybe u were at the early one??? U didnt see me? My woman, who is hard to not see was next to me the whole time and kids kept drooling over her and trying to hit on her...she had long hair, 5'7", wearing boots...ring a bell?
Lmao Nickatina is crazy when it comes to photos and video at his show. Up here in Gilroy he stopped mid song to point out some young white kid with a video camera then went on a 4 minute coked out speech about how no motherfucker steals from him and only he gets to video his shows. Dude is insane. Kid got his camera jacked that night...
He was also yelling at these two people at the early show because they kept pushing in the crowd. He told them to stop like 4 ties and then he told one of the girls...yeah I am talking to you and you're not that cute too!!! hahahah We were dying when he said that! I dont blame him though...you would hate to have to cancel the show because of 1 or 2 people.
He also told some chick in the back to turn off the video recorder too. She was recording the show. He said it's ok, just dont do it again or somethign like that.

Shit man this was years ago when I had no responsibilities in life except to make it to rap shows!. He'd be sweating like a motherfucker eyes all rolled back and shit. All Nickatina shows I've gone to have well been worth the money dude would come down into the crowd and perform songs acapella with a few hundred folks rapping along. I took photos of him at shows before and he never tripped, just for video.
^^ Cool! I can't believe it really happened but it diod about 4 years back for me. I helped promote his 1st show here in diego about 4 years ago and I went to pick up King Knicky at the airport...southwest airlines. I picked him up and we went to Denny's for breakfast and were just chillin out and talking. I then took him to his hotel and we hung out there for about 4 hours or so. He smoked like 5 blunts in there..hahahha he gave me a free copy of the video gun up in heaven tour there as well as some other free cds. It was crazy! Then later on that night I picked him up and I took him around town trying to find a venue to play at. I took him to Canes and a few other places. Then we went down to the Blue Agave and we booked the show then.
I just can't believe that I hung out with him for such a long time like that....crazy shit! When they came back for the show like a month later, I picked up him, Nick Peace, Equipto and another one of his friends. We hung out for a while then toook them to their hotel. I came back later that night to get them and they followed me down to the venue and played the show.
So when I saw Andre on Wednesday night he remembered me and was very cool. We were talking for a few minutes. He's a cool dude!

^^Yup! It seems like it was such a long time ago, but that memory with be with me. I just wish I took some pictures that day so I would have them now. Im not the autograph type of person but I do like pictures. I wish I took a few.... oh well!
