Admins have too much authority?

first of all, i was talking about what happened happened today you ol sweet pea ballerina ass square... after reading that post about the satanist you were talkin about, he got banned because he was YOUR (or your roommates) gay ass character. second of all, if you don't like our little regulation on offensive posts, THEN GO WHINE ON SOME OTHER FORUM... lil weenies... people weren't crying like some lil cakes when i had people banned for talkin shit about muslims right after 9/11 happened... now what??
I voted they should ban whoever the fuck they want...it keeps stupid people, and pointless, retarded threads out of my eye site. I've said it before and I'll say it again...

^^^No one was complaining when the star trek characters were banned...that was just for fun anyways.
Originally, this shit started because Lazee was banned, which BitchPlease cleared up with me after the Banning Extravaganza. The shit is settled now, but the question still remains...

No character. The least someone could have done is send an email asking what the deal is and this whole thing would have been avoided.

They should be able to do whatever they want with the powers they have. If the site owner gave forum admins the power to ban people from the whole board then they can do it if they want.
The whole point is, they were chosen, at least in theory, by the site owner/admin for their position because they would be responsible with it and actually do their job the way it was intended. If that includes banning people, so be it.
So either suck it up if you get banned or take it to the site owner/admin because ultimately they are the cause of your banishment, even if they themselves didn't ban you.

The question people need to think about, are they so bothered by something like this that they don't want to be here anymore? Either chalk it up as a part of how things get run here or bitch about it and then leave.

I don't see how the star trek characters were harming anyone. I got a fucking kick out of watching Spock and Evil Spock debate. When Kirk and that Asian guy came on it was a little over-board but I thought the Spock's were pretty funny. The Lazee Demonic character, despite trying to argue me in a satanic manner inside the Dead Prez thread, was also harmless. Everyone just chill the fuck out. The 91siccness was tighter? Yes, because message board funk, with people actually "claiming" message boards (B.A.R.T. v. Siccness + others..), served a much greater purpose then what we have here. I have been here for years, the aspects of the 91siccness that were actually better then what we have here are very limited. The members were better (we lost some good ones) and the board was a fuckload smaller.
My solution:
Remove the bans.
Delete these threads. All of them.
So we can gather our minds.
If not, can we get another forum for the folks that don't want all this mess. WHITE DEVIL talked about maybe a subforum to the GOM, Spoken word, Poetry, I have some writings I would share (poetry and non poetry), but this forum is not the place anymore.
