some people need to be banned....but i think a warning is fair cause some people don't realize what they are doing is "wrong" because this is "the last remaining sanctuary for gangsta rap" or it is supposed to be....

Yep, and thats why I always send the user a e-mail before I ban them. Usually we'll disable a users account and talk to them before a ban is set in place.

^^Sounds pretty reasonable to me. I guess in the end, there has to be some kind of order even if this is the "Siccness." You can't have stupid people goin around posting dumb ass shit, some freedom has to be taken away for the good of everyone...sounds like America....lol....
