I always thought it was a Bay original because the bulldog rocks an Oakland Raiders sweatshirt. And whats with the half-eaten apple and orange medallions he wears, whoever made Charley & Humphrey musta been stoned or something!
i dont remember where i lived when i used to see it but i was born in 80 only lived in so cal from 83-86 and been in nor cal for the rest of the time....
haha i use to watch all that shit! romper room, all that. but now that all makes me think about usa's cartoon express, the family channel, and a gang of other shit.
