^^yup on two occassions, the first I had lost my memory ' I don't remember' the second I ended up taking the heat and coping 2 charges one for me one for my mate, he couldn't handle going to lock up again it would of destroyed him so I took his charge knowing I could fight it and win, nothing big just a break and enter, ended up getting both downgraded to possession and copped a 2 year bond + fine.

yeah most fake scary ass people wouldnt.....

i say its just common sense though....if you get caught thats your fault so if you cant get out of it then you might as well take all the blame especially if its gonna be worse for someone else like a homie on parole or probation and you still have no priors....

no reason to see a good homie go down on a violation and have to do 10 years if you can take the hit and get off on probation....
