really though....most police departments dont have the budget to do all them crazy ass forensics n shit like you see on them shows....especially for a poor mafucca in the hood getting murdered....
majority of murders in stoccton are unsolved with no witness or suspects even though the shit happened in broad daylight in a busy nieghborhood....
cuz no one seen shit....
Or my new favorite explanation to the police just occured about two weeks ago up the street when this asian cat "shot himself in the head"....i couldnt help but laugh soon as i heard that one....

if you arrested for a dui, you aint gotta say shiet. You don't even have to comply to the breathalyzer but they'll take you in and get you anyway. You still aint gotta say shiet tho. If it's a traffic ticket, you aint gotta say shiet. YOU DO have to sign the ticket tho. If you don't you'll be arrested, cuz signing the ticket is basically like bail on OR and shiet.
When you sayin you hit some body and then you left? And then cops found you and pulled you over for hit and run? If that's what you sayin you aint gotta say shiet, but you prolly still finna be found guilty tho.
Anyway, that whole 8 hour interrogation and the hardest muhfucka crackin blah blah blah bullshiet. Mayn, from the get go you just say you aint giving any statement and you need a lawyer immediately. They are legally obligated to not speak to you any more after that point. No matter what the fuck they say, like "you just gon make things worse" blah blah blah, fuck that. Even if you know in your heart that you 117% innocent and they fuckin up, still don't say shiet. Speak to a lawyer, and take it from there.
And that forensics comment earlier is hella true. Them foos tried that shit on me one time talkin about how they got forensics and they can get my dna off of a punch to the face this and that. But them muhfuckas had NO DNA whatsoever and had to let us go. They aint got the scrill for that.

^^yup on two occassions, the first I had lost my memory ' I don't remember' the second I ended up taking the heat and coping 2 charges one for me one for my mate, he couldn't handle going to lock up again it would of destroyed him so I took his charge knowing I could fight it and win, nothing big just a break and enter, ended up getting both downgraded to possession and copped a 2 year bond + fine.
