they are going to learn from this game. Gore & Crabtree will be back but i don't expect crabtree to do much all i want from him is to @lease get his 1st catch to end all this "hes getting paid and hasn't catch a pass in the NFL." Hopefully Gore Stays healthy. Coffee aint really getting it done!

One of the analyst said it early, the 49ers aren't a team built to come from behind, yet we dug a hole anyway, and our offense again hung our defense out to dry. Man, if we don't get some kind of continuity on offense, this will turn into another Mike Nolanesque season where we have a very good defense playing as hard as they can, and a very mediocre offense that can barely put up 10 points a game. Defense wins championships, but Offense gets you through the season to have a shot at a championship.

I hope the Niners are quietly scouting a more efficient QB for the future. Hill is not the future if we want to be successful. Neither Hill or our Receiving core put fear in any defense we play, which means there will be no running game, even with Gore (especially since he hurt).

no-one on d was able to cover white. we needed to have someone who could cover him. i think that was a big problem on defense against the falcons. yeah our offense has a ways to go and the defense is holding our team down with the exception of last Sunday. I think we need better play calling too. i think hill is decent. he seems to play better in close games but he always comes out cold in the first half.

The reason Atlanta knew how to stop the Niners and looked good doing it doesn't speak to how good the Atlanta defense is in my opinion. Moreso it speaks to how predictable the Niners offense is because we lack a receiving core that can spread the defense, so any good defense can stack the box and blitz our QB. Don't get me wrong, I think Hill is a pretty smart QB, but it's evident he lacks the polish and arm strength to carve up the field. I mean keep it real, he'd be a bench warmer on most NFL teams, and the only reason he is playing is because we don't have a better option and the Smith era is officially over. Hill is a "game manager". I know QB's hate that tag, but that's what he is. And honestly, the receiving core isn't really making his job any easier.

hill would be a solid backup on a lot of teams. and he'd start on some other nfl teams. he reminds me of a tampa bay qb or something. one that tries to not make too many mistakes and let the d win the game. i think the defense failed us against the falcons tho. not only did white get to break the falcos franchise receiving record the rbs were running all over our d.

The 9ers are going to lose to the Texans, and the Hawks are going to beat the Cards. Leaving the Hawks at 3-3 going into the BYE week and playing Dallas and beating them, leaving the Hawks at 4-3, while the 9ers lose to the Colts, leaving them at 3-4. And then I'll be able to tell you that the Hawks are leading the NFC West, but it still won't mean shit, not until towards the end of the season.
It's nice to have a dream, but your team will likely lose to the Cardinals AND the Cowboys, leaving them at 2-5. We WILL lose to the Colts, but we can beat the Texans.

Nah we won't lose to the Cards or Cowboys. I say that, because the Cards really aren't that good of team. Sure they have two of the best receivers in the league, but that was last season. This season, so far, they aren't looking so hot. And well the Hawks, they have more weapons on offense, and can get the job done, that is if Hasselbeck can stay healthy. And the Cowboys game, the Hawks are getting Trufant and Hill back, and I just don't think an offense can do that well with them two players back on the field. Especially the way our D looked this past game. Our D line is stacked, and getting Trufant and Hill back just makes it that much more better. I just don't see how the Cards and Cowboys can come through with a W against us. Maybe you can tell me?
