is noone else worried about Cain pitching tonight? I think he needs some rest, they should have started Randy Johnson in his spot at least for this start

i think he'll be fine.. we're at home , yeah he hasnt pitched well his last few outings but they know how important this fuckin game is so they better continue to step it up! Imma be there AGAIN , center field bleachers... YEEEEE!!!! fuck the rest

Edgar Renteria (shoulder) is hoping to return to the Giants' lineup Wednesday evening against the Rockies.
Renteria was diagnosed Tuesday with a sprained AC joint and some biceps tendinitis. On top of that, he's batting just .128/.171/.231 with one RBI and two runs scored in 10 games this month. Juan Uribe is a better option at shortstop for the Wild Card-chasing Giants.

Giants activated LHP Randy Johnson from the 60-day disabled list.
Johnson will work out of the bullpen over the regular season's final few weeks. If the Giants happen to squeeze their way into the playoffs, perhaps he'll be given a shot at starting. The "Big Unit" was 8-6 with a 4.81 ERA before suffering a torn rotator cuff in early July.

Giants placed RHP Justin Miller on the 15-day disabled list with right elbow inflammation.
Miller posted a 3.18 ERA and 1.31 WHIP in 56 2/3 innings out of the Giants' bullpen this season. He'll be back to middle relief duties in 2010.

what i think bochys dumb ass should do is play the same line up, and then switch guys in in the later innings to keep the guys fresh that are starting. everyone gets their reps, everyone is happy. Even better if we have a commanding lead.

he is, they said on knbr that pablo will go back to first base and uribe to third, so renterias dumbass is back in the line up, if he really cared about the giants making the playoffs, he should bitch and whine about being hurt and be placed on the DL. he better come thru tonight.

Johnson isn't back to full strength yet Krukow said on the radio this morning that he was throwing his fastball like 82 recently so he is going to need to rely on his slider if he gets into a game.

He doesnt have us in contention, its the guys playing that do. What he has done however is cost us some games based on his managing.

If a line up is working for you, why change it?

If youre in contention why change anything when its going good?

what he just did was kill any kind of momentum the team had.
