Yall aint even talkin about Proposition 4 on here, this is the 3rd time its been up on the ballot in 5 years. its been rejected twice. If we dont vote NO were gonna have teens trying to give themselves abortions and shit, tryna go to tijuana and use a fuckin coat hanger.
If a teen is getting the shit beat out of them at home, u really think just because the law says so there gonna get an abortion? hell no.

Prop 8 is really up to you, im catholic, so both prop 4 and prop 8 are big for me. I just feel bad that gay people are gonna be a permanent second class because of this. I know a few gay people and they are good people. If they get married, it doesnt hurt me any. Its kind of a civil rights thing to me.

These are the 2 biggest ones on the ballot, yall need to really think about how you vote on these 2.

you don't have a priest or whatever religion preaching to kids at class, so why have somebody try to force their gay beliefs on little kids?

Nothing in my statement says that I have anything against blacks voting. It's a simple comparison of 2 similar issues within a short time span (relative to USA's existence ) of each other. In both cases, American citizens are treated as second class or non equals. The country knew not treating blacks as equals was morally wrong, yet we're going through a very similar issue today and it's crazy to me that it's such a difficult choice for people to make.

The issue at hand isn't a race issue, this should be easy to understand. It's a constitutional right issue. Blacks weren't allowed to vote because they were looked at as second class citizens who did not deserve equal rights as white people. Right now homos are looked upon as second class citizens in a similar fashion but with the "white people" of then now being the religious/conservative who can't differentiate church and state.
