Fucking modem shit out yesterday so here's 2. And I'm in an 80s mood :D
Q Lazzarus- Goodbye Horses
Most of you will recognize this song from the mangina Buffalo Bill scene of Silence of the Labms, but this is still my favorite 80s song. For fans of new wave.
Goodbye Horses
Talking Heads- This...
They posted Cut Down All the Trees and Name The Streets After Them on their myspace. www.myspace.com/thefalloftroy
I don't really know what I think of it yet, wasn't really what I was expecting from it, the live version sounded a lot different.
And they have some pretty cool preorder deals for...
The Forecast- These Lights
For fans of blue collar rock, male+female duel singing. In the same vein as Hot Rod Circuit. One of my favorite bands, they're on tour now with Hot Rod Circuit and Limbeck.
The triple vocals at the end still give me goosebumps lol.
These Lights
Wax on Radio- Exposition
Band from Chicago, ambient/progressive stuff. I've been looking for this album for awhile and finally got it earlier today.
I guess the best comparison would be The Mars Volta, but I think these guys are even better.

Today is The Dear Hunter- His Hands Matched His Tongue.
For fans of ambient... I really don't know what to call Casey Crescenzo's music, I just love it. Last year Act I was my most anticipated album and this year it's Act II.
His Hands Matched His Tongue
lol ya that's my favorite live vid of theirs. I guess the kid stepped on his volume pedal after he got thrown on stage from crowd surfing and Thomas got pissed. BTW they're starting to announce dates for the Deftones/TFOT tour. I guess Dir En Grey is playing some shows too hahaha.
Protest The Hero- The Divine Suicide of K.
For fans of speed or math metal, and Iron Maidenesque vocals. I can't wait for their new album later this year.
The Divine Suicide of K.
hahahaha I'd ask them to change my name to that, if I hadn't been waiting 2 years get it changed to RJ.
and I've never heard of Funeral Diner or a single one of those bands they did the splits with
Today is Every Time I Die- Guitarred & Feathered. For fans of metalcore, southern and cock rock. These guys are just badass haha.
Guitarred & Feathered
I'm gonna try to go, Fall of Troy doesn't join till the week after Chicago but we still have Coheed, Tiger Army, Bayside, Circa Survive, Cinematic Sunrise and Alkaline Trio.
It's fucking great, album of the year so far. It leaked over a month ago lol, and I've listened to it so many fucking times and I'm still not sick of it.
I remember they played at some awards show a few years back and Isaac had a black eye haha. I'm gonna pick it up in the next couple of days...
Kinda breaking the rules tonight. but I've been listening to them all night.
I'm gonna do a lot of stuff. Gatsbys related.
Gatsbys American Dream is one of my favorite bands ever, they walk the line between being pop punk/power pop/ and progressive indie. I'll never get tired of Nic's voice so...
