one thing I had to stop doing with my weight loss was rewarding myself with comfort/fast food. Now I just buy myself stuff and I'm much happier and less regretful.

the way I see it is I'm not at my goal weight yet, so when I get there I can free up my diet and burn bad food off faster and easier.
