remember that you don't necessarily have to eat "diet foods" that you hate, just eat foods you love at reasonable portions and work in the healthier stuff. so you don't get burned out. my dieting days were pretty varied if anyone reembers... one day could be huge kale salads with apple cider vinegar and herbs and greek yogurt and fruits and vegetables and small portions of chicken breast. followed the next day by a triple baconator combo from wendys and thats it :ROFLMAO: But it worked.

losing weight is 100% food and 0% exercise. Look at exercise as a means to being more fit and gaining health benefits and don't eat back exercise calories

but you are right about eating what you want. This time around I'm going to eat healthy but I'm also going to eat nice food, like spaghetti carbonara for lunch etc. I need to cook more instead of salad, whole meal roll and chicken

thats going to one one tiny plate of spaghetti carbonara lol. but thats just the way it is. sometimes its worth eating a little less each day for a few days then have a huge day with something you love too.

tell your mind your body isn't the same, your calorie demands are different. they're much smaller. you don't neccessarily have to bully yourself (although fat shaming DOES work and i think people sometimes need to hear some harsh facts at least once if they've never had a reality check lol) just be the parent to your toddler body, you have to tell it No and not let it get its way and you'll feel the difference between being "hungry", or just wanting to eat, and actually being hungry and needing specific foods and needing energizing food
