I did the same thing, shoulder injuries are the most common when lifting.
I have skipped shoulder day for 3 months now and it's still healing. The best advice would be, when doing shoulders, use very light weights as you already use them in pretty much everything else.

That's a very accurate portrayal of my life. Except I fucking hate sprinkled cupcakes. I hate cupcakes and cake in general. Moose tastes like shit most the time, it depends on their diet and the time of year that they were killed. I do have a bunch of moose antlers. Caribou tastes way better, but it's illegal to kill them in Alberta. Fair enough though man, you got me. You know me very well. Better than most. That's why you are my best friend.
