My shoulder was kinda fucked so I stopped lifting weights and have stuck to body weight stuff like pullups, chin-ups, inverted rows, dips, push-ups, etc and hella different variations of them, I'm looking like a young Paul walker now, with worse skin and less handsome but still
I did the same thing, shoulder injuries are the most common when lifting.

I have skipped shoulder day for 3 months now and it's still healing. The best advice would be, when doing shoulders, use very light weights as you already use them in pretty much everything else.

Let me explain something about an EDM festival. I've had my fair share. I'll be honest, it's 92.3% white. It's white people getting crunk on flavor juice. And yhen when a wild Asian woman appears you be like daaaaamn shawty hell yeah I hope it's Ayuhuasa and then the metaphorical societal pressures of being in a beer bong competition with a Cheetah skull used as sine sort of WATER COLLECTING DEVICE and then a uh uh uh TRANSRACIAL EAGLEPERSON WALKS BY and you're like "what the hell was that?" and then a metallic non-binary Zulu Warrior walks by and starts screaming OAKLAND MUTHAFUCKA and then a juicebox full of ketamine is introduced and I dance for 9 hours and then Indo Smoke by Mista Grimm comes on and I get disoriented until a uh hhuhygg humanitary Baglivavite enters the seen and I stumble into an art show but I'm still thinking about the stripper (nahmsayin$) and then I

my best advice for shoulders is aim for a new 1 rep max twice a week
