the Seahawks keep tanking my fantasy team. Russell Wilson about to get cut, Doug Baldwin was my first WR picked and he's been riding my bench, I had Matt Bryant sitting the bench for Hauschka and that was a fail. Damn man.

Lockett isnt 100% apparently.
He hasn't been all year. This is a banged up offense. And to make matters worse that bum ass left tackle Sowell suffered a sprained MCL, so who knows how serious that will be.

It's going to be hard to "fix" the offense with no running game and a god awful offensive line with a banged up QB, banged up TE and banged up WRs.

RW looks like shit out there he must be more injured than everyone was letting on.

Carson Palmer was under more pressure than RW the whole game and although they didn't put points on the board they were certainly able to move the ball.

According to PFF Carson Palmer was under pressure on 38% of plays while RW was under pressure 34% of the time. Carson was sacked 4 times, RW was sacked once.

RW looks to me like he has regressed and is doing that thing where he is holding the ball too long and missing the windows when his receivers are open, and then letting the play breakdown. Only now since he can't scramble he just throws it away and we aren't picking up any of his rushing yards.

The running game relies on two things: OL (which, ours sucks) and Russ (who is injured).

I saw a stat i think it was a week ago that says Russ has accounted for a large chunk of our rushing offense since he has been here, and not just stat wise...obviously. Teams have to account for him, which opens up lanes for runners and allows him to run. So having him injured and having OL issues confounds the running problem X10.

I am TOTALLY fine with Russ being a pocket passer. However, if he cant get protection, its worthless. As seen last night. Also, i saw maybe on screen called. WHY????? coaching 101 on how to slow down a pass rush: SCREENS.

I disagree with the latter part of your post...Russ is doing his part and you saw it against Atlanta. You have to remember, Hawks dont blitz very often and rely on their front 4. So you have less waves coming at you and CB's are getting these guys coverage sacks many times. Russ was getting 5 and 6 guys in his face EVERY DOWN and had MUCH less time to throw. It wasnt even a fair comparison.

IDK man according to PFF Russell was blitzed 10 times while we blitzed Palmer 19 times.

I agree about the screen passes though, there was no doubt RW was under pressure and it seemed like we weren't adjust our play calling accordingly.

The problem I see is I think that RW can be a good pocket passer, but only when he is mobile as well.

Russ is obviously hurt

he has never had below 498 yds rushing a year i think and he is on pace for 88 for the year

what makes him dangerous is extending plays. Being a pocket passer only works if you have a good o-line or your screwed.
