What's up with Dairy Queen? You never hear anyone talk about Dairy Queen these days. Remember Blizzards? I think the last time I had Dairy Queen was with nolettuce @nolettuce when he was giving me a ride home from his place a few years ago and we stopped at the one a little ways from his spot. I don't remember if I got a Blizzard though. Maybe he does.

They suck. There was one across the street from me in Fife and the flamethrower burger was ok the first time I got it, but disgusting the second time around. The only thing worth ordering was the chicken strip and fries basket. The blizzards are too sweet for me i can only eat like half of a small blizzard before im sick from so much pure sugar at once

I just remembered when McDs would have 99 cent triple cheeseburgers sometimes in the 90s. Talk about a grease gut bomb.
You ever take the Ferry to Vashon in the 90's when that McDonald's would do all you can eat buffet McDonald's? My friends would go over there and eat like 10 cheeseburgers and dozens of nuggets til they got kicked out. I never went with them but they did it a few times while it lasted

I'm pretty sure it was $10 flat fee

No I've been to Vashon once ever since I've lived in WA and that's when I was like 12, a llama spit on me.

They actually brought that up the last time we were all around each other. And i was like "isn't it weird how we Americans have loving memories of times where we ate to the point of feeling so horrendously sick we thought we might die or never recover? And have holidays built around eating like that?" and tried to go into a rant on overeating that much being ridiculous and everyone was drunk and not paying attention then i think we started talking about building a stone firepitwith wrap-around seating
