I was going to post some shit, but sounded too preachy - I'm re-writing it. I see really sick people from morning I wake up, until I get home. The way I see health has really changed in the last few years. Most these people are sick from self inflicted life choices they made, anywhere from cigarette use to over-eating processed shit food. Most people could almost reverse the effects, if they made a 180 in there life, but rarely have the drive/ dedication/ resources.
Most these disease's people aren't as lucky to die instantly. The reality is most these people spend the last 2 or 3 decades of there life dealing with disease they brought upon. It stops them from working, traveling and just overall enjoying things most of us take for granted.
So basically we are at the age where you can make a meaningful change in habits. I personally do not want to live with constant nerve pain/ numbness, lose of proprioception, loss of sex drive, joints hurting from arthritis caused from obesity, high blood pressure, dry cracking skin because to much sugar killed sweat glands, swollen legs so have to wear compression stockings. Have a laundry list of medications. I rather now just try and eat good, exercise and hope for the best.
