Team r/Keto... seriously there is an argument to be made for a under 30g carb daily diet. You don't spike insulin so your way less risk for diabetes, you lean up, don't carry water weight. You don't get hunger spikes, and can maintain off burning fat for energy once your body adapts. Sugar is like any drug cold turkey is rough, but once you get past that point you start to really notice a difference in your mood/ cognition / energy ect.
