Just put in a 30min one; I'm taking it easy though cause I'm fasting until probably 8am Wednesday
1770 approximate basal metabolic rate. 0 net calories. So 1770 deficit. *2 = 3540 calories. 1lb fat = approximately 3500 calories. 1lb fat consumed for energy in two days.

Or walk around at roughly 4mph or borderline jogging pace for 110 minutes, + 50 min normal walking = 660 burned 1240goal +660 = 1900 goal. Exercise makes you tired, hungry; would DEFINITELY without a doubt consume the two chicken breasts in my fridge = approximately 900g of chicken = approximately 1495 calories, 405 remaining 1240 - 405= 835 net. 1770 - 835 = 935 calorie deficit. 3500 / 935 = nearly 4 days to burn 1lb fat. Twice as long. Infinity more effort, risk getting sick or fainting because I've been running large deficits for months (OH NO I SHOULD'VE STARVED I SHOULD BE DEAD)

The math checks out I'm making the right decision. It's literally simple science and simple math.
