i have hit a 2rm of 117.5kg and a 3rm of 115kg. that was 6 weeks ago. re testing this week hoping to hit 125 if im feeling good.

hit 105 for 3 sets of 6 last week.
beast, my 1rm is 225lbs (103kg?) and i do 6-8rep sets with 200. i had taken a break for a while finally caught back up to around where i was before. im pretty much cutting right now but still weight training so i don't lose too much muscle. im 168 right now gonna drop to 160. once i got my body fat % low as hell. im guessing im at like 20%ish right now.
