Lol Ive gone to the gym like 5 times in the last 4 months
You work hard, you shouldn't really need to go to the gym unless you're overeating. Are you gaining weight or something? That always happens to everybody. get this false sense of security from going to the gym and maintaining their overeating then they stop and gain weight super fast. Happened to me like 10 years ago

how much u guys bench? max and sets.
i have hit a 2rm of 117.5kg and a 3rm of 115kg. that was 6 weeks ago. re testing this week hoping to hit 125 if im feeling good.

hit 105 for 3 sets of 6 last week.

and what did you mean by re-testing like you're going to try to hit your max again as a personal test? Or you're going to be injecting testosterone lol

dont fuck up your hormones man
lol testing my max. on a 6 week cycle. starts off lower weight for more reps and builds up to hitting a max strength set.
