Sorry for being gone for so long. A whole lot has been going with me since I posted here.
The toilet valve for the toilet on the first floor of the duplex I was living suddenly broke unexpectedly Monday of this week. The duplex was flooded to about half an inch after being broken for 2 hours. Around more than 22 gallons of water was spilled out on the floor. So now to get rid of any kind of mold, the wooden floorboards have to be taken out and the pipelines have to be redone. There were fans airing out the stagnant water smell since Monday. That's why my presence on the Internet has been quite inactive.

That sucks. How'd it go for two hours without the water getting shut off? No one knew how to do it and it took that long for the plumber / homeowner to get there? Or was no one there. And if no one was there how'd you know it was two hours

usually the regular teriyaki is a little more charred and grilled / the teriyaki sauce is a little bit stickier / thicker; like they didn't reduce it down or this batch of sauce was too thin. and the chicken katsu is fine but the sauce is kind of thin too usually its a little thicker
