Man, that pre-workout sucks. I think it's more for exercise endurance than focus and energy. I took half a scoop (assessing tolerance) with 50mg ephedrine 0-30 mins creeping feeling like almost like about to break into a smile. 30-90mins restless legs, crawling hair needing to piss like c4 minus the cracked out feeling. It was basically like i felt like i could do an hour or two of cardio or something and walking around felt smooth and effortless but i didn't end up feeling aggressive or standing in the empty streets listening to the electricity course and buzz through the power lines. It's basically like a light c4 / that amino energy from optimum nutrition. Then again i was doing double amounts of that stuff, two servings of this might be too much caffeine mixed with other stuff might not feel too nice. I'll probably do it anyway 650mg caffeine is a light breakfast
the main reason i take the shit is for the mental focus. without it ill do 8 out of the 10 reps im going for and think 'good enough' and rack it but when im on it ill push out 12 reps if my muscles can handle it.
Well then your advice won't help me at all if you're relying solely on caffeine. I take like 25mg ephedrine x400mg caffeine minimum when im doing an appetite suppression routine. Sometimes 50-75mg ephedrine 400-800mg caffeine a night if I've gained tolerance and want a little stimulation. So uhh.... Yeah man lol how do i put it... Your idea of what's strong may be very different than mine
