if you're burning out on the salad routine try a salad with nothing but cucumber, and tomatoes. like a whole entire massive cucumber washed, partially peeled to cut down on some of the bitterness, then cut into rounds then quartered. usually cut the tomato into big triangular chunks. then add some olive oil and salt and pepper, maybe a dash of red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar. i usually do two tomatos x 1 massive cucumber. shit is really good, bright and fresh, very filling, very satisfying. or even better, just straight up add some nice super sweet super fatty dressing, like 1000island. 1000island + tomato + cucumber is great.
its only like 200-300 calories for a massive heaping bowl of it, or like 500 if you do the thousand island route
