I just assume since you live in downtown Seattle you don't pack your fridge with groceries. Just assumed you buy what you can carry on a daily or every other day basis

I usually make a full grocery list and carry it back. I live literally two blocks from the QFC man. Then sometimes I'll do a huge list if the timing is right when my mom goes because she takes the car cause you know she's getting old. That's when I usually get soda and like cleaning supplies and the other heavy shit.

I wome up at 11pm with a pain in my rib cage, tryed to tuff it out but it got worse.

They took and EKG, xrays of my test and did a blood draw.
