The fuck, just got a message saying my English teacher had her baby and is gonna be gone the rest of the semester. They didn't say who the new teacher is, so now I don't know who to email to skip class today lol
I know what it is... It's expensive ass fuck was just wondering more or less if it's worth the premium price for its probiotic value or if you'd get better value out of yogurt

fuck it bought a bunch of hoity toity expensive yogurts: a bunch of dreaming cow yogurts which are grass fed organic hippie cows, and come in pretty nice sounding flavors (I grabbed maple ginger, honey pear, and dark cherry chai). and siggi's yogurts which have a pretty great protein / sugar ratio (100cal 14g protein 9g sugar) and use basic simple ingredients. grabbed a couple vanillas, wasnt interested in blueberry or strawberry or coconut. and fage since they were $1 each and i already know theyre good
These ingredients are pretty nice as well. I like that there is more Cherry Juice used to sweeten things than sweetener. I remain dubious however and would like further clarification on "Cherry Juice", which could just be a mild concentration of cherry with syrup added in for all I know.
However nutritionally... there's a lot left to be desired. That's ok though, because I bought it based on the flavor description and ingredients, and this will be more like a snack to break up the monotony that comes with eating healthier yogurt. This is the "dessert" yogurt. The Siggi's is a good middle ground. For pure nutrition, nothing beats plain greek yogurt of course... that's only do-able realistically about twice a week though, as it's rather hard to get down by itself.
Open Nature? That's safeway brand isn't it? I may or may not try those... I'm rather dubious when it comes to safeway branded products now... after consuming a string of sub-par safeway select TV dinners that were just not up to their usual quality standards. Furthermore I'd like to know where the milk for this yogurt is sourced
I've had like 20 grams of creatine today and feel bloated... suppose to load up for 5 days. I'm not sure what i'm expecting, maybe just less soreness, and getting some more mat time.
@ jake###'s you seem like a bro-science type, any tips? I don't lift conventional, I just grapple, and do push-ups, pull ups and crunches. Goal is to gain some mass, but over all lean tone.
ive never taken standalone creatine but changed up my preworkout recently to one with creatine monohydrate in it. just taking that 4 grams of creatine 3-4 times a week ive notice a small increase in size. if you dont feel well of 20gs cut back until you feel ok. at the end of the day you will still reach saturation it might just take a week instead of 3 days.
i dont take anything except preworkout and do this 6 week powerlifting program Candito Training HQ
push ups and pull ups will do a bit but you will probably need to add weights for any decent results. just doing a basic powerlifting program with consistency will give you a huge advantage in grappling and size.
