and after he was explained to along with a dinner party how the device works at one part he says "For myself, I can only say that I am astonished and somewhat terrified as a result of this evening's experiments. Astonished at the wonderful power you have developed, and terrified at the thought that so much hideous and bad music may be put on record forever." Like this was during the infancy of what turned into modern recording and dude was already worried about wack records haha.
It's a trip to just listen to in general and hear how people talked and that they actually hip-hip-hooray'd like what the fuck haha. Dude sounds pretty drunk at some parts too.
